i'm mostly trying to encourage Mom to buy more vegetables and frozen vegetables have been working out well for us as meals some evenings when we don't want to make anything more complicated. i'm not following food recalls unless they hit the news. i'm now done with eating all the spaghettios...

it doesn't bother me what they call me - i'm more offended by strong perfumes/smokefumes but i still try to ignore it if i can - i'm not the boss and often if i'm there it is not because of the service people or the smells but that i want something and then i want to get out of there ASAP...

we did plant a garden and included that in the mix. we never used it for anything and it really wanted to take over and spread (the goldfinches really liked it and probably also helped to spread it around). harvest it for what? i don't think it is the same kind used as a coffee substitute...
