Last nite was leftovers, plunked into a fry pan, add some half and half and left over green beans. Saute up. Side was home canned quart sweet potatoes from '21 with a splash of OJ and 1/4 C of brown sugar. YUMMY!!

I bought a pork shoulder blade roast for $12. I got three quarts of meat out of it and about 3 C of yummy slow cooked shreds that I simmered with rice- making two meals for the three of us.

Used up a 5 lb bag of older russets - sliced them 1/2" thick. Made my own cream/cheese sauce. Toss with cubes of ham. Bake in oven at 400 for 45 minutes. Top casserole with 2 year old parmesan that was in the freezer. YUMMY!!!

I finally sprayed all my trees. Sorta. I found two bottles with spray handles in my stash. They all had estate sale prices on them. So I squirted away. Not thorough, but I did empty two larger bottles of stuff, so that I have more room to see and know what I already have. It'll do.
