    Yes just plain old green briars. Take your thumb nail and test it tell it's good and tender. Then just pinch it off . While roaming my woods I often eat them raw. Just for the record a South American type roots ( dried and roasted) is what makes saspirrella .

    I to make do with a kitchen aid attachment. That said two friends have high dollared Cabels grinders and they say that it's best to have one heavy enought to grind the bones. They use them to make pet food for their dogs.

    I get my sea -90 from earls vet supply. He has a truck throug here about once a month. Yes it is a 50 lbs bag. We are back to that group that I buy with. We get Sea-90,DE,kelp and several other things from him. Because I use it for everything a 50 lbs bag is no big deal.
