Completely emptied three totes and two boxes from the living room pile. Large bag of towels/bedding dropped off at the county APL before lunch. Wife has another bag (one already) of women's clothes to drop off at the local women's shelter. Recycling in the car ready to go.

Oh, on a whim as I was shredding the condo sale docs, I had a random thought and used zillow to see if any condos in the development were for sale, and surprisingly, one two doors down was selling for over 4 times what I paid for new all those years ago.....for a 35 year old condo. Wowsa
