I just started being SS in July when I joined this forum. I thought the only things I could grow were the seeds I found at the feed store and Walmart. Getting my catalogue shows me lots of awesome things I can actually grow! My garden will be so different this year and I will also have a herb...

Free's feed bag diet is making all the difference..;)

I love it! It has a upper body workout "rubber band" also that goes under it, and I can tell a difference in my legs and butt.:D

I have been using my air climber for 15 mins 1-2 times per day. And went walking day before yesterday. :)

My microwave only gets used for rewarming coffee or doing microwave popcorn. After reading this thread it is being unplugged and put away till I find a new home for it or toss in trash.:sick
