not sure what state your in or if the person who has obviously some experience is certified/liscensed in your state, my thing is IF you remember that the way mobile homes are built there is a metal frame. everything else rests on this brace this in the neccessary spots and the structure should...

a simple spring loaded hasp like the ones on the end of a leash would solve the door opening problem atleast
