Rosemary garlic pork tenderloin tonight with sautéed mushroom sauce with some sort of potato and veggie...haven't gotten that far yet.

Shrimp stir fry tonight, with Napa cabbage, asparagus, and red bells. Pretty darn good. 😋

Tonight will be spicy ahi poke, coconut rice and grilled veggies.

Old fashioned fried tacos tonight, made with homemade corn tortillas. Haven't been able to make fried tacos for years because the corn tortillas from the store crack and fall apart. Looking forward to this treat!!!

Dinner tonight will be Italian beef, air fried potatoes, Tuscan stuffed mushrooms, and salad. Fresh strawberry pie for dessert. Leftover beef will make great street tacos tomorrow.

Prime steak and baked potato for us. Can't get more all American than that. lol

We had an apricot stir fry. It was the result of a failed Duck Sauce a couple days ago. Decided to use the sauce for something and this was it. Turned out really good. Sometimes the biggest mistakes make the best meals.

We had pasta and sausage yesterday too. But today was street tacos. Wednesday is always taco day in this house. This time it was tri tips. Yum.

Second try on pizza tonight. The dough was frozen from the last pizza, but still good. Can't get a decent pizza anywhere within 50 miles of our place. Haven't checked beyond that. But I know I have had one in Virginia and So California. Chicago? Meh. New York? Meh. I must really love So...
