from the one side we got 16 lbs of sausage. its been a long day and i got the other side to deal with tomorrow.

got one side cut. little pigs make little pork chops but the belly looks ok. i think well get some bacon. gonna eat dinner and start grinding sausage.

well we actually got in the garden today and got some stuff sowed. carrots, beets, swiss chard, squash and zucchini. i also washed out the ac, mowed, changed the oil on my truck, went to church and did a little spring cleaning around the house. time for dinner!

that's incorrect

because theres no infiltration and the unit doesnt run as much to dry the air out. its worse in winter. most people add fresh air intake and a dehumidifier

we use 2 liter bottles. when its really hot i turn on the fans and wet everything down as well.
