in some country and store, you can't just trust cashier. safer is using cash money than credit card if you're only buying cheap stuff. use credit card only in trusted place. :)

i've read it just now, i think it majorly such an insurance that will be able to help the old or widow or disabled person to have a *normal* life when they're getting problem with their financial. i hope i get it right...
hmm, scam and scam, that word always get itself in everywhere.
in my country, we're now facing many kind of scam even ATM now being hacked and billion rupiah (about million in US) being stolen from ATM machine using skimming device or whatever. :rolleyes:

is that like a fund from government for citizen in case of emergency or what?
