I haven't tried the baking soda yet, but I've been using egg for the last few weeks. I've been very pleased with it.
I've been experimenting with different things--whole egg, egg yolk, no vinegar, vinegar after rinse, and vinegar mixed in with egg. I can't tell whick is best yet.

I've tried to get them where you can cut and paste.

I had a bunch of apple cores and peels left over from canning last year and decided to make apple vinegar. There were a whole lot of ways I found to do it and a lot of them conflicted each other.
I didn't do the complicated method that was more like making wine. I just covered them in water...
I have recently been learning about drying eggs, cheese, and boullion. I haven't tried any of them yet. A lot of these I saw on YouTube.
