    New Mexico Newbie

    I'm near the Mexican border, living in a community loosely organized around sustainability and alternative building. We have domes, adobe, underground homes, etc. I keep a flock of chickens, try to grow what I can, although not easy in the desert. Challenging but always interesting. Lynn
