I do not own a generator because whenever I need one I prefer a generator rental . I guess in case of emergencies it would not be easy to rent one because then everyone wants one so in order to be prepared it would be better to buy one. Maybe I will do this prospectively if I find a cheap offer...

PBS stuff is brilliant, I especially like the "Frontline" series, but it's more of a investigative report sort of program. Still great though.

Sad :( But apparently it went downhill the last few years with poor live performances.....it wouldn't surprise me if the cause of death would turn out to be some sort of substance abuse.

Depends on where you are located, in some places Diesel is cheaper than Gas, Diesel cars & trucks generally get better MPG, other than that a turbo diesel has nice torque from the bottom up.
