2/3 cup pineapple (fresh - or if canned if its own juice)
1 medium apple
1 medium orange
1 pear
2 plums or small peaches or kiwis or tangerines or nectarines
2 cups strawberries, sliced
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup cherries
28 seedless grapes
1/2 cup orange juice (freeze it for a sorbet instead of ice cream)
1/2 cup grape juice
3/4 cups blackberries
2 star fruit
1/2 cup mandarin oranges
1 3/4 cups cantaloupe
1 1/2 cups honeydew melon
16 kumquats
2 figs
1/2 med mango
1 1/2 cups mulberries
1 cup cranberries
1 1/2 cups currants
3 cups zucchini
2 cups watermelon

VEG
15 cups raw spinach (not a typo!)
3 med carrots
1 cup peas or string beans or corn
2 cups Romaine
2 cups butternut squash
2 med cucumbers
4 cups cauliflower or broccoli
16 stalks celery
1/2 cup edamame
3 tomato slices with 1 1/2 T feta cheese and 1 1/2 tsp olive oil
2 cups green beans
1 cup baby carrots with 2 T hummus

NUTS
17 peanuts, dry roasted without salt
10 pecan halves
12 almonds
10 cashews
1 T peanut butter

DAIRY
6 oz fat free yogurt
1/3 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 oz cheese
2 low fat string cheese

MEAT & EGGS
2 oz boneless baked or broiled salmon
1 large hard-cooked chicken egg
(1 duck egg hard-cooked is approx 129 cal)
(1 goose egg hard-cooked is approx 266 cal)
8 shrimp and 2 T cocktail sauce

SNACK FOODS
3 cups air-popped popcorn, no salt, no butter
8 thin pretzels
6 saltine crackers with 2 tsp peanut butter
2 squares graham crackers
8 animal crackers
8 dill pickles
1/2 cup gelatin
2 T dried cranberries with 1 T peanuts

Another reason to get your kids to like eat their spinach!!! 15 cups!! WOW! I am stocking up on spinach!

1 banana = approx 1/8 cup sugar (27g of carbohydrates)
17 dry roasted peanuts = almost no sugar (3.7g carbohydrates)

Remember, carbohydrates (sugars) spike blood sugar and insulin levels. This makes you HUNGRIER. If you notice after eating a high carb item you find yourself snacking more a short time after you eat it, you may want to start examining the sugar content of your snacks.
