If you want to feel energetic without crashing a few hours later, cut out or cut back on the grains. You can eat a bowl of nuts and berries with whole raw milk or cream on top. You wont even miss the grains. I like slivered almonds, pecans, dried cranberries, dried cherries and fresh strawberries or blueberries.
