I've been looking for that, but haven't found it yet. I'm a fraid searching for it won't result in much, because people talk about it everywhere.

I googled and found a bunch of hits for lacto-fermented salsa but I'm not sure if that is the same thing? Freemotion's the one to ask I think! Or at least one of the ones!!
