Some of them do, mostly new order Amish or Mennonites. There is a group of Mennonites in Transilvania, Lousiana. The women teach how to make candles, churn butter, etc. and the men teach butchering, leather-making, horse-shoeing, etc. It costs a pretty penny tho. And some of the skills require an apprenticeship. The company that I work for sells to a young couple that owns the Hardware store in Transilvania. I love getting together a couple times a year at our shows and talking with the wife.
