Anyone looking for a place with acreage in exchange for work?

My husband and I have 160 acres north of Mandan, North Dakota. We have an excavating business together and I have horses, cattle, sheep, chickens and ducks. I milk a few cows to raise dairy bull calves. We do not use all of our land. We also have an extra house on our land that we rent out. The basement is not rented and is not finished. Is anyone interested in living in the basement in exchange for some work to be done here? You could have animals or "borrow" ours. Let me know if someone is interested! Ranee
