I'm on the lookout for ideas.

So far, I'm thinking of putting up a garage, barn, and park model RV, and keeping all other structures smaller than 20'x20' to avoid permitting, installation of overpriced septic systems, grid tie requirements, and excessive taxes.

Any takers?

Good Luck! maybe you can slip by but I doubt it. People love to talk about anything odd.

park model rv type is a residence if you live permanent in it....the minute you live permanent you will be subject to all the regs.

smaller any building will keep property taxes down a bit.

I don't think you can skirt by zoning etc. They won't let ya
