Lookee here!! This is a great resource for anyone looking into home food preservation and they even offer an online canning course! I didn't check to see how much the course costs but this could be a great thing for people who aren't sure how to do this yet.

Great site, I'd stumbled across it a few months ago, thanks for sending me back there. I am more ready to look at some of the stuff I didn't get to earlier. Back when I was a newbie canner just mere months ago!
