Thanks I'll check them out! I've only used New England Cheesemaking supply and I think they're kind of expensive.

I also have soap making supplies.... Now I have to figure out how to make lotion and I'll be busy all year! :D

I would really love to make my own cheese, but getting proper milk is a challenge. Selling raw milk is a no-no here. Another good reason to get some goats or a dairy cow I think!

You're making Ireland sound bad, lol. Can't butcher anything, can't sell raw milk! I actually don't use raw milk, I pasteurize it at home.

LOL it's not as bad! They are just very careful here, with health and safety regulations. Butchering stuff is fine, as long as you dispose of the waste properly etc. I think with raw milk etc it's again a health and safety issue. Not everyone is careful with milk. I found that in S.A. with one supplier who's milk kept going off on us so fast. We ended up switching to shop bought milk instead.

Haha I'm just very... American. Well, NH's state motto is "Live Free or Die"... I fit in well here. I don't like being told what to do. I'm sure it isn't bad there, lol.

It took some getting used to after living in "lawless" South Africa so long! But on some level the regulations are good too, even if they go overboard at times IMO.
