does anyone know a good cleansing diet?

I am looking for a good cleansing diet that isn't too expensive. I am thinking about going on the Drs. diet but thought that it might be a good idea to do a cleans first. I haven't ever done one before. Looking for someone who has.

Look up the rice and fruit diet. The first three days is nothing but rice and water. It is recommended to take vitamins and minerals while on rice diet. We are about to start this. I plan on using quinoa and beans as well.

I haven't tried this myself, but I heard of eating watermelon, nothing but watermelon, for 24 hours.
