Easy Chili
Ground beef, browned & drained (optional)
1 large onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, diced
1 large can diced tomatoes with juice
1 jar favorite salsa (I used 1/2 jar of Newman's Own Medium & 1/2 jar Newman's Own Mild)
1 or 2 cans black beans, drained
Home canned equivalents or dry beans cooked could be used instead. I was just in a rush to get dinner on the table.
