So many to choose from! From my childhood, blueberry pancakes, bacon, and birthday cake. My grandma could cook or bake anything over a fire. 🥰 DH does most of the campfire cooking. We like grilled steak and baked potatoes in foil. Whole carrots with butter in foil packet. Grilled sweet corn. Cheeseburgers - DH butters and grills the buns, so delicious!

I recommend fried s'mores. Make a little tray out of foil, put some butter in and melt it. Then a graham cracker, chocolate and marshmallow on top - or roast your marshmallow separately. Yum!

Brook trout breaded with ritz and fried. They're done when the eyes pop. Hubby didn't believe me when I said Mom and Dad make us catch breackfast. Then he went camping with them.

We'd make the foil stew packets sometimes. Baked potatoes cooked in coals. Kebobs are always good. Soups in a pot I'm very good at.

I cooked a roast once. That was a pain because you have to watch and turn it for so long. I didn't have an actual spit.

We have some of the pie irons. We used the heck out of them when I was a kid.

Foil meal packets baked in coals. Chicken or steak strips w/onions/peppers/garlic or hamburger patties with onions...or maybe just baked potatoes in the coals. :drool
