Favorite lamb chop recipes?

Hello, I just got 4 yummy locally grown and organically fed lamb chops. (From a local indoor farmer's market....they were on sale too.) Does anyone have a favorite way to prepare lamb chops?

(They are frozen so I am not in a hurry.)

I love lamb stew that my Armenian Godmother used to make. (I would ask her how, but my Godfather just passed away and I know she is sad and overwhelmed at the moment.)

The recipes don't have to be just stew recipes.
