If you want them both bred, toss 'em both in right now! Sounds like they are both in heat and he is three and should be able to handle a small herd of two does with no problems. Just ask yourself if the weather in your area 150 days from now is good for kids. You will have another opportunity in 2.5-3 weeks. But if you get them both bred together, you will have all your kidding out of the way at once and all the kids will be the same age, which will make life easier in many ways.

Get out there with a flashlight!

Oh, wait, it is not dark yet where you are, is it? :p
