My version of Fish Taco Sauce
2 tbsp. Mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Thousand Island Dressing (I use Ken's Steak House brand)
1 1/2 tsp. Chili Powder (adjust to taste)
1/4 tsp. Cajun / Louisiana Hot Sauce (I use Texas Pete) (adjust to taste)
Mix all the ingredients together until thoroughly blended. I usually make it at least 1 hour before serving to be sure the chili powder gets well hydrated.
It also makes a yummy dipping sauce for potato wedges and veggies.
