Thanks ... though I wish the author had actually cited the studies instead of saying "medical studies have shown" or vaguely referencing "various scientific studies."

Good article. Most of my recipes start with garlic and onions and I eat honey quite a bit, so looks like I'm on the right track.

Gogi Berries are antifungal and they make your red blood cells healthier. I will post the video when I can, being that Im new I cant.
Gogi can be grown in many areas of the US.

I can't believe they didn't list cone flower (Echinacea) or that of Goldenseal. Anyone who does herbs ALWAYS has cone flower growing somewhere as its a mainstay in the herb garden.

They didn't list Plantain either, that's my go to at the first sign of an infection.

They did do Goldenseal toward the bottom.

Plantain is another good one indeed! I'll look the list over, last night was one of those nights where the brain quit functioning early.
