Free Used Solar Panels in Arkansas

I just came across this Craigslist ad, and unfortunately it's too far from me. The ad was just listed today.

I don't know anything about them other than what the ad says, but thought that I would pass it along to the group. It seems that he has some solar water panels also.

Has any one been able to contact these People and find out about the panels.If you did and bought them and have more than you want I will perchase them and pay shipping.
