I will brew this and put in my pipeline eventually this summer. It's a quick brew 2 weeks if kegging, 4 weeks if bottling. It's most likely going to turn out like a thin bodied miller lite but with flavor. Should be a good lower ABV for working in the garden to keep hydrated.

Mash @ 148F to activate only the beta enzymes and use Fermentis Safale US-05 for a crisp dry finish. I crafted this brew to be very easy and for a quick turnaround.
