My husband brought home 8 already assembled raised bed frames made from cedar.
He was driving past the fence company on the way home from work and they were propped up in front where they leave all the free stuff for people to take.
He usually gets the cedar pallets from there that he takes apart and makes into the raised beds but these were already nailed togethers into frames.
I couldn't believe it when he brought them home, they are perfect.
He stacked them into two piles and it gave me the idea to use them for the potato beds next year.
I can just keep adding a frame instead of what I am doing now with wrapping netting around the beds and throwing hay down on top to mulch.
Or I can use them for the four corner flower beds I want to do.
Either way, I am thrilled to get them! I love when stuff falls into your lap.:)

Now, THAT"S my kind of deal!! Lucky you! I love to dumpster dive and its so much more satisfying if you find something that good!! Send us pics when you get them planted next year? Or you could use them for cold frames this winter! :)

Good Job hubby! Wonder how many people drove right by thinking, "Now, what would anyone do with that??!!"
