I use my green tomatoes to make Tomato Jelly. I know the name makes you want to say Uck 
but it tastes and looks just like strawberry jelly. The seeds in the tomatoes look like strawberry seeds!!! It is really great.
5 c. peeled and chopped tomatoes, 5 c. sugar. Bring to a rolling boil. Boil for 20 minutes. Remove from fire, and add a 6 ounce package of strawberry jello. Seal like you would any jelly.

We make lots and lots of green tomato stew--Yum!! It uses up green tomatoes and last year's venison and corn. What a treat!
