Leafy greens are important nutrition for me but I dont like eating huge salads every day and I cant stomach green smoothies.

I dehydrate and powder greens instead. I use some in cooking, and some as capsules.

I like how compact green powder is and the long shelf life. I dehydrated 3 bunches of chard and got 1/2 cup powder. I cut the stalks for stir fry.
