I just found these two hand water pumps on CL. I don't know anything about hand pumps but it seemed like a good deal. Thoughts or opinions? They're $100 for the 2.

Well, according to the handbook for detectives by Clovis C. Anderson... if you want to know something, just ask.
So I was thinking this might be complicated or I would have to figure out if there were missing parts, etc.
So I asked the guy why he was selling them and he said the one is froze up and the other is missing parts. Not something I want to add to my plate right now. But if they had been working...
