Last night I canned a load of tomatoes in pint jars. When I woke up this morning I realized I only processed them for 20 minutes instead of 40 minutes. This morning I am processing them for the full 40 minutes. Do you think they will be ok?

I would take them out of the jars reboil and then reprocess for the correct time. Tomatoes are borderline risky as far as acid goes and you don't want to find spoiled jars in the winter when you need them most. I have had a few mishaps this canning season also :hugs

Ditto. I would empty jars, reheat tomatoes & jars. Then repack jars and process for correct time.
