Hi all! From a newb in West Central MO

I am really looking forward to learning from everyone. My family and I have some acreage (small amount, but it will do), and our "wish list" for becoming self-sufficient is becoming incredibly long LOL. We have horses, chickens, ducks, and a garden...so far. My to do list will most likely grow a ton after reading all the great posts here!
