I did finish roofing this but it was too dark after the second tarp was secured.

Finally done. Roofs are good for the winter. Next year I'll be changing one tarp on each roof to a greenhouse tarp so light comes in more.
Also going to get light grey windbreak cloth for the outside to brighten it up. That should also not show the lichen and moss as much.
