hey everyone in the interest of sharing Hog Harvest How To's from around the world and parts elsewhere....

my pal Vrtlarica, in Croatia, just posted her Hog Harvest. They had a butcher come on site and give the neighbor's pig the business.

I had to bookmark that smokehouse for future reference. That would be a great thing to have! It looks extremely safe from critters, too!
