homemade hummingbird food

1 cup of sugar
4 cups of water

gently boil until the sugar dissolves. Cool, then put in feeders and enjoy.

I followed this recipe yesterday and this morning I have hummingbirds fighting over my feeder

yeah, its a lot cheaper than pre-made food. You can make extra and store it in the frig.
