How to get the home air condition to blow?

Hi all,

My home air condition releases cool air from the vents, but it does not blow. Outside the actual air conditioner blows cool air instead of warm which is what it blows when working properly.

CHECK the main fan, the one that belows over thr cool coils in the unit and thru the house it isn't comming on when it should and may be bunt out.
