I know I saw it here somewhere, homemade lotion bar

I know I saw a recipe for a homemade lotion bar somewhere here. Not a liquid lotion. I did a search and all I came up with was someone mentioning that they knew someone who made lotion bars.

Can anyone steer me in the right direction?
