I would like to kinda get back to doing a little gardening. I'm going to work into getting me some chickens here after a while too. I was thinking of getting some goats too, maybe.

You're in a good place...many on here garden, can, dehydrated, freeze dry & freeze. Most of the usual preservation methods. Good advice & friendly people. Welcome from VA. I saw you joined on BYH, too.
