We grill all year long ---thru the dead of winter

weather never dictates using the grill for me LOL


yesterday was steaks and corn on the cob both on the grill
along with a giant salad (but I didn't grill that --haha)

never did fruit on the grill tho? be interesting to see who grills fruit.

skewers are great I make alot of chicken, steak, shrimp grilled skewers and pair them up with tons of veggies stuck on the sticks also---nice thing is you can use any veggies you love

Grilled pineapple is DELICIOUS!!! If you happen to have some fresh (never tried canned), skewer it up & grill it.

Grilled peaches topped with vanilla ice cream are pretty awesome!

Like FC we grill year round....haven't lately (think we are out of propane :/ )

I have grilled salad by the way, it was great.

Welcome back BBH, been missing you
Ya got me wanting to make shishkabobs now!
Chicken, beef, onion, bell pepper, mushroom, tomato & pineapple chunks. Puree garlic, hot pepper, salt, peppercorns & the juice from the pineapple. Marinate the cut up meat overnight, toss the veggies in right before you are ready to assemble. Then grill until the meat is done. Fabulous!

Thanks you guys! I had a great time with my best friend from TX, but I'm glad to have things back to normal, I've got chores piled up to my ears!

Oh and what do you do when your predator de jour is a National Treasure??? I've been outside all morning chasing off a low flying bald eagle!

Anyway, anyone ever grill lamb chops? I have some local pastured chops waiting to be defrosted!

(I used to grill year round too back in Tejas..can't say I miss it! Grilling and sweating and slapping off mosquitoes was not my idea of fun! I'm sure you guys have a better time of it though, lol.)

And Henrietta, you can't just say "fish"! You have to tell us how!
