I am finally posting a link to this recipe. My mom makes this for me every time I visit.
http://www.tourmycountry.com/austria/kaiserschmarrn.htm

It makes a nice sweet breakfast or desert. Mom just breaks it up in the pan with a spatula and doesn't cook it in the oven at all. She serves it with powedered sugar sprinkled on top and applesauce that she makes.
I served it with peachsauce that I made. It could be served with any fruit compote/sauce.

My family loved it. It was a nice change from the usual breakfast.

ETA conversion:
113.4 grams = 4 ounces, so I used just a bit over 4 ounces of flour, per my measuring cup
100 mL = 4 1/4 liquid ounces or just under 2/3 cup

I make Kaiserschmarrn occasionally for my DH and his sweet tooth. I make a light dinner, maybe a soup, and then he *dines* on the Schmarrn. Basically the same as your recipe, but I soak the raisins for an hour or so in rum or apple juice, and I toss in some sliced almonds if I have them.

Looks yummy. But, in order for me to make it, I'm going to have to brush up on my math conversions so I can figure out how much of some of the stuff I need. :/

I had to figure it out also. Fortunately I had a measuring cup with mL's on it. But I also have a conversion chart and then I just kinda faked it ;)
