Aside from the biofuel issue, it is most likely the cream cheese that is an issue. It is a highly processed food. You can try subbing a good Greek yogurt formthe cream cheese. I would still finish the test to see exactly what you issue is.

That's funny, I guess I hadn't ever thought about cream cheese being highly processed. I can definitely try a greek yogurt. I had kefir today, a full glass of it, probably 12 ounces. No trouble. Tomorrow I will try it with the cream cheese only, then with a banana also the day after.

lwheelr- I like that...wonder if I should try to get a patent? :D

BB- I don't have access to raw anything right now, I am working on it though.

I have mixed half cream(not raw) with the milk to kefir, and it makes it so incredibly smooth, that I am able to drink it plain. I like it a lot better than just milk kefir. That is actually the only kind I can drink plain. If I do it that way, maybe I won't have to bother with the smoothies.
