I just found this link on the net today about a group of farmers from New Zealand that have recently immigrated to Missouri to run their grass-fed dairy operation.

Hmm ... just imagine if ....
I've read that NZ farmers have been doing grass farming for a very long time....I would love to go there and see how developed their pastures are. I think that is what impressed me so about Salatin's place, the fields are so doggone green and lush!
