Yup, we are trying it!
I make soup a lot and usually just throw together a bunch of ingredients leftover from the fridge. This time I used some leftover rice, leftover pork roast, leftover cooked beans, some beef stock, and then celery, onion, garlic and one green pepper and a BIG GIANT BAG of NETTLES. I've tasted it so I know it will be good.....
I didn't sting myself once. I'm letting it finish simmering but we should eat soon! I have some homemade bread I'm serving with it.
