Missile Launch 35 Miles Off the Coast of L.A.

Has anyone seen the video of yesterdays missile launch off of the CA coast. It's a VERY large missile, like an ICBM. Our own military is currently not claiming responsibility. If it wasn't them, then who?

Iran just announced that they will start discussing their nuclear program again, and they do have submarines. A negotiation strategy perhaps?

At this point, it's my guess that it was an unannounced test of one of our missiles. At least I pray that it was.

Dang, DH & I were just talking bout this, he hadn't seen the video yet. GB is talking about it on his radio show - if it isn't our military, then who was it? If it was an accident or test, why not admit it? I saw it once on the news (Fox, maybe?) but that's it. :/

I think our government thinks that if they say it wasn't them, then we will believe them and forget about it.

Trace Galleger on Fox just quoted from a statement issued by Northern Command saying "this does not appear to have been launched by a foreign military" & we aren't in harm's way....okayyyyyy...

After watching the video several times, it is possible that the "missile" is actually a commercial jet flying west to east. The contrail is just lit up by the evening sun and the exhaust plume is actually the sun shining off of the body of the jet.

I dunno, but it would explain why there were no anomalies on radar that were picked up by the military or LAX. It does look more like a missile, but I'm grasping for answer. The mystery continues....

But...wouldn't it be simple to release a statement saying "Radar shows the only thing in the area at that time was Delta Flight 1234 out of LAX"...or something similar? That would be the end of it, then (I suppose).

Dang, you're good k0xxx...a talking-head they interviewed on NBC Nightly News at 7pm said the exact same thing!
