Mobile Access Popups?

I am reviewing my Andriod phone security. Reading forum entries, about every second read, I get a variety of 'you have won" popups. Doesn't happen on other sites. Just curious if there is a site configuration change needed. thanks @sumi

I'm getting that one primarily and I just got a different one also. While reading this page, my browser said 3 pop-ups were blocked.

I am not in IT. I know nothing lol.

DS is hogging my phone at the moment, so I'm on my laptop. Can you see if there is an option to remove the ad? It should look like this (the x) :
