I have a recipe in my Balls Blue Book of Canning BUT does anyone have an old family recipe they would be willing to share.

Nuggetsowner, pretty much all marmalade is easy :) Cutting off the zest and slivering it up is a bit *tedious*, but not difficult, and the rest is just chop chop boil boil test test can :) Quite simple.

I don't have an old family recipe, I've just used various book recipes and been pretty pleased with the results. If you like bitter-orange (Seville) type marmalade it is really worth waiting til they are available; made with sweet oranges it just isn't the same.
