Pasta Salad
Use amounts to feed your family or crowd. Add or subtract your favorite ingredients. I like to leave out the meat and add garbanzo beans when I make this just for the 2 of us. I also have used turkey ham in it for the kids at school. Mix well. Serve cold.
Cooked and drained pasta (I used tri-color fusilli this time)
Diced sweet or red onion (I used a Vidalia this time)
Diced green and red peppers (just green today)
Sliced black olives
Quartered cherry tomatoes
Diced Cheese (I used Swiss, Monterey Jack, & X-Sharp Cheddar)
Diced ham
Quartered pepperoni
Chopped fresh chives
Your favorite salad dressing (I used Balsamic Italian this time)
Fresh chive blossoms for garnish
